Digital Products
All digital products are delivered electronically.
After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive access to download your purchase immediately or within a few minutes.
No physical item will be shipped for digital products.
If you experience any issues accessing your download, please contact us through our contact form or email, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
Print-on-Demand Books
Some books are produced and shipped by our trusted print-on-demand publishing partner.
Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipment.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Tracking information will be provided when available.Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
International Shipping
Print-on-demand books may be shipped internationally to eligible countries. Delivery times and shipping fees vary by destination.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your print-on-demand order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with your order details and photos (if applicable). We will work with our printing partner to resolve the issue.
