Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges
Refunds may only be considered if:
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You did not receive your digital product due to a technical issue that cannot be resolved.
- A refund is required by applicable consumer protection laws.
If you experience any problems accessing your purchase, please contact us. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue.
Print-on-Demand Books
Because each book is printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Accidental purchases
However, if your book arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- With a manufacturing defect
- Or you receive the wrong item please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Digital product orders cannot be canceled once payment has been completed.
Print-on-demand book orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
